THE NIGHT BEFORE... A STAGE PLAY BY BODE SOWANDE WAS STAGE ON 15TH JULY 2014, BY THE THEATRE ARTS DEPARTMENT, ADENIRAN OGUNSANYA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION.

Students of the Department of Theatre Arts, Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin, Lagos, recently staged one of the plays of talented playwright, Bode Sowande.

The play, The Night Before, is part of Sowande’s trilogy comprising Farewell to Babylon and Flamingo. One of the ex-students of the school who is also part of the department’s Arts Drive Production, Oyelola Olawale, said the play was chosen because of its relevance to the plight of students.

Some of the performers included 

Osaro Samuel, Ogege Paul and Awolola Oladimeji, Thomas David Oluwatosin.
